How long does it take for my website to be completed?
For our one pager website and landing page, it will take only 14 days to be completed. However, as a well-established web design company, we speak from experience that completion depends on the client’s promptness in getting back to us with content and feedback especially after the 14 days of website creation. For Like a Boss package, we will work out the schedule of work after gathering requirements from you. In general, it takes about 3-4 weeks to complete.
What is the website design process like?
Our company is well-organized in our work processes from beginning to end, giving clients confidence in our abilities. We are completely transparent regarding website design costs in Singapore, and we make it convenient and accessible for our clients to add on and purchase our packages. Yes we will. On our website, you can include your ideas and requirements, and we will follow exactly it. You can also include links for references. We will also do our internal research and provide the best ideas that are suited for your brand.

Can I manage my own website after it is completed?
We develop most of our websites using WordPress, which is a simple content management system (CMS) for customers to update their website on their own.
Not only that, we will offer free 7-day post-implementation support to ensure that our clients can manage the site on their own before we handover the website fully.
How do I update my website upon completion?
After your project is finished, you have the option to either maintain our ongoing support package or take complete ownership of your website and learn how to manage it yourself.

Are the pricing of your website packages fixed?
Yes, our packages are fixed amounts and one of the most affordable in Singapore. We only charge for additional requests or features that you can select while ordering. Our team will let you know the ala-carte pricing for each service that is added on, that is not included in the package or in the order form.

Do I make payment directly on your website? Is it safe?
Yes, you can purchase our packages directly from our website and make payment. Our credit/debit card payment is powered by stripe and our PayNow UEN is a Private Limited company in Singapore. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with an e-receipt.
Is there PSG Singapore government grant for the website packages?
No. Our packages are priced below most agencies that provide PSG Grant, even after the up to 80% grant subsidy. We pride ourselves in delivering quality work. Additionally, without the administration of grant application, we can deliver your website faster and you have a healthier cashflow to kickstart your business!
What if I paid for the package and did not receive an email confirmation?
If you have not received an email confirmation, do not worry. Just drop us an email at sales@rawrglobal.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Is there additional charges if I purchased online?
We charge a 4% fee for the transaction when you pay with a credit or debit card. The price is the same for all cards. There is no fee if you pay with PayNow.
If I don’t have a online banking card, can I still purchase your website package?
Yes you can. We accept PayNow payment, linked to our UEN. You will find a PayNow QR code and our UEN to pay via PayNow in the order form.
